While many are still talking about Stunner's sextape, that he 'shot' featuring Harare socialite Pokello Nare, which made headlines last year, the self-proclaimed Godfather of Hip-hop music in Zimbabwe has moved on and is now in a steady relationship.
Stunner, born Desmond Chideme, could neither deny nor confirm rumours that he has since dumped Pokello whom he 'helped' to become a celebrity in Zimbabwe after a massive sex tape that showed him having unprotected sex with Pokello leaked.
Speaking to a Sunday Leasure reporter, Stunner could only say that he is in a steady relationship and would marry when the right time comes.
"I am in a steady relationship with a lady I will marry when the time is right. I am not at liberty to disclose the woman's name," said Stunner in a statement that supposedly implies that he has since 'aqcuired' a new lover.
In March this year, Stunner grabbed headlines again amid speculation that he had been dumped by Pokello. This was barely four months after their sex tape had gone public. While Stunner, in March, denied partying ways with his 'PORN SEX' playmate Pokello, sources strengthened their claims that the two were no longer an item. She is said to have tossed him out of their erstwhile Avondale love nest. Further claims were that Pokello had taken back her car which she had given to Stunner to drive.
In April this year, the urban groover-cum-sextape producer, made headlines again, after being linked to a Mt Pleasant girl, Sade Ismail, whom he was said to have fallen in love with.
"Stunner always uses a taxi to visit Sade and her friend in Chatworth Avenue (Mt Pleasant) and he is milking the girls because the fund all the expensive whiskey and romantic getaways to resort places," revealed a source.
Sade's best friend, Imelda Mukoti, confirmed that Stunner and Sade were dating, but both Sade and Stunner denied the claims citing that they are only tight friends.
Stunner, who seems to find it quite easy to catch journalists' attention, grabbed headlines last month when he threatened to disclose the name of another Urban Groover whom he accused of being HIV positive and infecting other girls with the deadly virus. The Godo hitmaker, however, received a backlash from his fans on twitter and all over the internet after his tweet that threatened to NAME AND SHAME a rival urban groover who is HIV positive, at least according to his claims.
In a series of tweets, Stunner – who is never far from controversy – described the individual as a "wannabe king of Zim hip-hop".
In the first tweet, Stunner [@stunnerzim] said: "I jus got tru info on some wannabe king of Zim hip hop, dude don't mess with Tazzoita otherwise tozvitaura!!! #HIVpositive"
In a second, he told his followers: "Mmmm ladies beware. Use protection always munhu uyu akaipa [this person is bad]."
He added in a third tweet: "Ini ndapedza [I have finished] but like I always say, people in glass houses should not throw stones."
